Specialist in Tax Law with 10 years of experience in consulting and tax advice to companies from various economic sectors (including construction, mining, hydrocarbons and electricity), participating in the local and international tax planning of important transactional projects, as well as reorganizations and corporate structures. In addition, he has developed the argumentative defense and the monitoring of tax procedural strategies both in the administrative instance (SUNAT, Osinergmin, OEFA and Tax Court) and judicial.
