Participation in the defense of arbitrations – Regulatory arbitration (energy, oil & gas)

  • Representation of an industrial and electric generation company against a natural gas transportation company in a commercial arbitration under the rules of the CCL, with respect to the avoidance of a natural gas transportation contract.
  • Representation of a public electric generation company against a natural gas distribution and marketing company in an arbitration under the rules of the CCL, in connection with higher costs for fixed electricity distribution charges.
  • Representation of a public electricity distribution company against a generation company, in an arbitration administered by the CCLoreto, in relation to the termination of an electricity supply contract (PPA).
  • Representation of a public power generation company against a mining company, in an arbitration under the rules of the CCL, in connection with additional costs for power outage events.
  • Representation of two wind power generation companies against the electricity system operator in Peru, in an ad hoc arbitration, regarding the nullity of agreements on cancellation of commercial commissioning (POC).
  • Representation of an industrial and power generation company against the electricity system operator in Peru, in an ad hoc arbitration.
