Specialist in hydrocarbons regulation, natural gas, administrative law, and public-private partnerships. Extensive experience in the negotiation of natural gas supply, transportation, and distribution contracts, as well as in the structuring of energy projects, with a primary focus on natural gas commercialization and transmission lines.
