Oscar Chuquillanqui

Specialist in labor law and labor and immigration procedure. He has participated in labor advice to various companies from different economic sectors allowing an adequate implementation of the rules that regulate labor relations, likewise, he has participated in the preparation of labor audit reports, from documentation analysis, detection of contingencies and proposal for improvements. He also has experience in the defense of administrative proceedings initiated by SUNAFIL and in the sponsorship of judicial proceedings of a labor nature.
