Labor

Practices

The main objective of labor law is to regulate the employer-worker relationship and to provide a regulatory framework and mechanisms that allow organizing and regulating the provision of services and resolving disputes that may arise between the parties, an aspect that is essential in any company or organization, for the proper development of its activities.

In the case of Peru, labor legislation is lagging far behind the dizzying changes that have been taking place in production processes and in the forms of work organization, in addition to not being systematized.

Faced with this scenario, legal accompaniment and preventive work are essential, and dialogue and the search for scenarios that encourage it are the tools that allow workers and employers to come together, in the search for solutions that allow the organization to plan its activities and employees to have conditions and a work environment that encourages their identification with the company’s objectives.

Our labor legal and occupational health and safety advice is not limited to specifying the scope and application of labor regulations, but is focused on providing advice and permanent accompaniment in decision-making in human resources matters, anticipating and preventing the generation of conflicts, even more so if there is the participation of trade union organizations, and contributing to its solution through dialogue and the search for consensus, with principles and values set as a code of conduct.
